HOW DOES IT WORK AND WHY DOES IT WORK?
You have goals, but for some reason, you are not reaching for them. You want change, but at the same time, it feels overwhelming. You are endlessly spinning your wheels stuck in a rut. You sense what you’d prefer in your career/business, relationships, health/wellness or finances. But instead, you are not making progress, self-sabotage, attract wrong people, give up before you even started or not follow through at all.
You are experiencing all of it in here and now, but really those behaviors are symptoms of unresolved emotional experiences, traumatic events, and lack of secure childhood attachment.
past unresolved emotional experiences are like a glue binding us to our habits creating patterns that are holding us back in life.
We may not realize it but past has such a strong hold on us, but our history is a massive part of our lives. It determines what we like, what we don’t want. That’s why the surface-level motivational and time management techniques often don’t work if the deeper issues remain undressed.
How does it work?
What’s holding you back is hidden in your subconscious mind/right brain, and you are just not aware of it.
Our minds create internal models; blueprints which direct how we engage with life and how life engages with us. Those blueprints are acquired during infancy, toddlerhood, school years and so on.
You may think it’s fate but it’s just internal programming directing your life.
The seemingly random events, repetitive cycles, doomed relationships etc. are the result of the internal blueprint.
This subconscious blueprint was created for you, and that’s what is holding you back.
This blueprint will have even more hold on you if you experienced any type of adversity, hardship or traumatic events.
The good news is this blueprint can be rewritten.
There are two major parts to my coaching system:
The first section of the process we focus on the subconscious and inner life.
It’s been proven that traumatic experiences get logged in your subconscious the right hemisphere of the brain, which is associated with intuition and creativity, and it can be difficult to put them into words.That’s why they are often best represented through metaphors, imagery, or stories. Due to post-traumatic growth phenomena, you will find that you are able to not only heal the past but also use it as a springboard for personal growth and creating a thriving future.
It might sound woo-woo, but trust me this is where the real transformation happens. It's where we uncover the hidden root of the pattern. We do it by receiving and decoding intuitive messages to determine what part of your psyche needs healing. It's where we gain insights and guidance. It's where we mend and heal.
However, insight without action doesn’t mean much. So we are going to take the wisdom from the first stage and create real life strategies and action plan.
The second part of the process is about actions we take in the outer world.
How can we implement our insights in real life?
Now we will be drawing the map and connecting the dots.
We will focus on practical problem solving, actionable steps and creating new habits and behaviors. The combination of inner and outer approach is where the magic lies.
