about

Maybe you’ve tried self-discipline and willpower to break your patterns only to fall off the wagon feeling like you have failed again, feeling shameful, helpless and frustrated?

If you've tried the traditional methods of “breaking patterns” or "creating habits" and they didn’t work for you, most likely it’s because those mainstream approaches didn't address underlying issues keeping you stuck in a repetitive cycle.

We operate mostly from our unconscious programming and unless the subconscious mind is impressed, no changes can be made no matter how hard we try.

THAT’S WHY YOU WON’T FIND Typical “BREAKING PATTERNS” AND “CREATING HEALTHY HABITS” TECHNIQUES HERE.

Most of the conventional advice tends to focus solely on the surface level habits while ignoring the crucial stages
of inner work that have to to happen before it’s even possible to form new habits of thought, emotion or behavior.

There is nothing wrong with establishing habits, but it’s only a piece of the puzzle. Patterns are not habits. They are much more than that.

What we need and what I share is a dramatically different approach.

An approach that goes to the root cause of your patterns and as a result makes them fall off almost organically
while making space for creation of new, fresh, and supportive habits and actions.

This new approach is about communication with your subconscious mind to heal the faulty messaging,
and replace it with the content that is empowering and helpful.

AND THEN, AND ONLY THEN WHEN THE SLATE IS CLEAN and the inner work has been done, IT'S TIME FOR PLANNING, STRATEGIZING, ESTABLISHING NEW HABIts AND TAKING CONCRETE STEPS TOWARDS YOUR GOALS.

The problem is, we usually attempt to jump straight into action without doing any type of inner work first. And we all know how it ends, after few days of exercising, eating healthy, or working on a passion project we fall back into our old patterns.

We don't focus on addressing our past unresolved wounds first, or processing our emotions, or tending to those parts of ourselves which are in conflict with our conscious desires. No, instead we force ourselves into action that is unsustainable and when we eventually "fail" we beat ourselves up over it.

What we need to realize is that past unresolved issues are like a glue binding us to our habits, recurring experiences and behaviors.

But it doesn't have to be like that.
Change is possible if work through the blocks hidden from our conscious awareness.

Change is possible if we understand and heal the deeply buried roots of our self-defeating patterns so we don't have to repeat them unconsciously.

Releasing patterns is about

  • Accessing your subconscious mind and inner wisdom, to enable you to release old patterns and negative attachments.

  • Rewriting your old programming with depth and metaphor coaching (via art, writing, active imagination, symbol and metaphor)
  • Releasing and working through unresolved past experiences and emotions with grace and compassion.
  • Connecting to your inner wisdom to set goals and plans from that authentic place.
  • Setting up a workable action plan congruent with your deeper knowing and aligned with your values
    and your essence.
  • And taking the thright and inspired action from the place of inner motivation, not external or internal pressures.
