Art taps into the subconscious mind. It bypases the rational thought
to access deeper emotional truths.It helps to access emotions and patterns we may not
even be consciously aware of, revealing underlying issues.Even very simple images can reveal profound insights

Difficult experiences, painful emotions and memories
are often stored in the intuitive and creative part of the brain,

Monika
I’m Monika, a Transformational Facilitator certified in Art Therapy and Positive Psychology. My work is focused on helping clients release repetitive psychological patterns that hold them back from living fully. I’ve developed a process that allows you to uncover and transform the underlying issues behind your behaviors, thought patterns, and emotional blocks.
With an Art Therapy Certification from Northwestern University and extensive training under Tal Ben-Shahar in Positive Psychology, I integrate the latest research in Neuroscience, Attachment Theory, and Positive Psychology with spiritual practices, drawing on both scientific understanding and intuitive insights. I believe that through spontaneous, expressive image-making, we connect with our soul, and as I process my clients' images, I often channel valuable guidance to support their healing.
