90 minute transformational session


Where would you be right now if you weren’t held back by your repetitive patterns?

Repetitive behavioral patterns stem from the subconscious programming we acquire before the age of seven, which we then automatically repeat without any conscious thought. You can think of your patterns as symptoms of this early programming.

In this 90 minute session, we’ll identify the underlying issue that initiated the pattern, work with a variety of techniques to help you access your subconscious mind, and then supplement it research-based methods to establish a new path forward.

You will engage in image making, active imagination exercises and work with archetypes of the inner child, inner critic and others to transform the deep-seated unconscious beliefs. Then we will develop concrete steps and structure to help you move past your old patterns.

This session is for you if:

  • You find yourself repeating the same scenario over and over again, and you feel like some invisible force is holding you back from living the life you want and desire.
  • You are sensing that there's more to your surface habits like productivity, eating, exercising, etc. You suspect they might be an expression of something deeper and hidden from your conscious awareness.
  • You realize that repetitive experiences, relationship, and events showing up in your life might stem from something that can't be solved by reasoning and willpower alone. You know it because you've tried those tactics and nothing has changed.
  • You suspect that there's something more at play here. Something that is possibly linked to your past programming, unprocessed painful emotions or unhealed traumatic experiences. And you are ready to explore it, heal it and move on.

As a result of this session you can expect to: 

  1. Gain a deeper understanding of why you act the way you do, and get additional nuance and clarity on what’s holding you back.
  2. Gain profound insights into your repetitive patterns and experiences.
  3. You’ll start letting go of self-blame because you’ll understand the origin of your patterns.

  4. Experience healing solutions leading to emotional relief, peace of mind, and increased motivation. 
  5. Learn the unique method for breaking free of patterned behaviors and experiences. Get actionable steps and tools you can start implementing right away on your own.
  6. Get ideas for positive mental habits and rituals to support you on your path– in a fun and easy way.
  7. Finally, start moving towards your goals and desires.

How it works:

90 minutes coaching session over Skype

To make the most of our time together, I’m going to send you a short questionnaire and ask you to draw a quick self-portrait prior to our session. The image can be done with pens, pencils, markers, crayons or whatever else you have available. Please keep in mind that artistic talent is NOT necessary. If you are capable of drawing lines, circles or stick figures it’s sufficient for our purposes. The assignment is not mandatory, but I invite you to complete it so you can get most benefit and value from our session.

About Me

Hi, I’m Monika and I help women free themselves from unhelpful repetitive behavior patterns, so they can experience new levels of joy & freedom.

As a Transformational Facilitator, Certified in Art Therapy and Positive Psychology, but most importantly someone who was able to break free of some deeply ingrained patterns which were negatively impacting my life.


I believe we have to do the deep inner work before we begin to change our behavior, that's why I use research-based Positive Psychology (an emerging branch of psychology focused on human flourishing as opposed to illness and disease) and combine it with various transformational techniques derived from Art Therapy and Depth Psychology to transform unconscious roots of repetitive patterns.
