HOW DOES IT WORK AND WHY DOES IT WORK?
How does it work?
I use research-based Positive Psychology (an emerging branch of psychology focused on human flourishing as opposed to illness and disease) and combine it with various transformational techniques derived from Art Therapy and Depth Psychology. It’s a potent mix of left-brain pragmatism and right-brain intuition.
past unresolved emotional experiences are like a glue binding us to our habits creating patterns that are holding us back in life.
There are two major parts to my coaching system:
The first section of the process we focus on the subconscious and inner life. It might sound woo-woo, but trust me this is where the real transformation happens. It's where we uncover the hidden root of the pattern. We do it by receiving and decoding intuitive messages to determine what part of your psyche needs healing. It's where we gain insights and guidance. It's where we mend and heal.
However, insight without action doesn’t mean much. So we are going to take the wisdom from the first stage and create real life strategies and action plan.
The second part of the process is about actions we take in the outer world.
How can we implement our insights in real life?
Now we will be drawing the map and connecting the dots.
We will focus on practical problem solving, actionable steps and creating new habits and behaviors. The combination of inner and outer approach is where the magic lies.
